Communal areas were created to bring people together, so they have been designed to be as inclusive as possible. And what better way to bring people together with great food and a good TV series all fuelled with the laughs and chatter of your new international friends.

Every student common space is designed to integrate a comfortable lounge area equipped with a Smart TV for all your streaming and screen sharing needs, a fully-equipped kitchen with ample cooking space, fridge and freezer space, a dining area and a breakfast zone.

Relaxing and comfortable uniquely designed residential rooms

Single Room - Cluster

Single rooms are equipped with a one and a half-sized width bed, wardrobe space, bedside table, a mirror and a desk for you to work on with lockable drawers.

You will have access to a shared communal kitchen with a small living area and TV whilst sharing a bathroom with one or two of your neighbours.

Twin Room - Cluster

In a twin room, you will find two single beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a mirror and a desk for each of you to work on with lockable drawers.

You will have access to a shared communal kitchen with a small living area and TV whilst sharing a bathroom with three to four of your neighbours.

Studio Apartment

Studio apartments are equipped with a one and a half size width bed, wardrobe space, bedside table, a mirror and a desk for you to work on with lockable drawers.

You will have a kitchenette area and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort and more of your own space.

Single Room - Shared

Single rooms are equipped with a one and a half size width bed, wardrobe space, bedside table, a mirror and a desk for you to work on with lockable drawers.

Within your apartment, you will share a private kitchen and bathroom with 2-3 other students.

Twin Room - Shared

In twin rooms, you will find two single beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a mirror and a desk for each of you to work on with lockable drawers.

Within your apartment, you will share a private kitchen and bathroom with 3-4 other students.

Room Rates

Room rates in the attachement above are per person per night. All the rooms have shared kitchen facilities with the Studio Apartment having its own kitchenette.

Eco Tax is applicable for guests aged 18 and older. Eco tax is €1.50 per person per night, capped at €15 per person.

Mandatory booking fee for semester and academic bookings: €150 per booking
